4. Payments and Refunds

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit content (such as test answers, recordings, or communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.

IELTS ReadyGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• That our platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Specific IELTS score improvements or test results
• That our practice tests exactly replicate official IELTS exams

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS ReadyGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of fees

You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
